Dr. David Levin specializes in Spine Surgery at The Orthopaedic Center division with offices in Rockville, Germantown and Washington, D.C. Dr. Levin provides complete spine care for both children and adults, treating degenerative conditions such as spinal stenosis, scoliosis, disc herniation, trauma, and tumors. In addition to traditional, open procedures, he offers the most current minimally-invasive and fusion-sparing techniques with advanced training in XLIF, MIS-PLIF, MIS-TLIF, Sacroiliac Fusion and motion sparing technology for Disc Replacement.
Dr. Levin has served as an instructor to other spine surgeons in these minimally invasive techniques. Dr. Levin's approach with his patients relies on maximizing non-operative treatment, offering a broad range of surgical options, and providing attentive, comprehensive care tailored to each patient's specific needs.
Dr. Levin resides in Bethesda, Maryland with his wife, who is a pediatric critical care physician, and his three children. He enjoys playing the piano, soccer, and spending time with his family.
